In 2019, we flipped houses, and sold them unstaged. Our agent, told us how much better we will sell if we would stage our properties. I did not even know what staging was. long story short, we staged , sold amazingly fast for higher margins. so the next patch was clear: we founded RC Homestaging, a leader when it comes to innovations and the leading ideas of our designers, which we find in many staging companies today. since staging goes hand in hand with touch up all the way to complete renovations, we further continued to build our horizons and separated the remodel- renovating part into BUILDERS LA
